Dyeing & Finishing

Our facility boasts a massive capacity of 0.50 million meters per month. We utilize three high-performance dyeing ranges: Continuous Thermosol (Monforts, Germany), Cold Pad Batch (Kuster, Germany), and Jigger (Sung Moo, Korea).

Supported by advanced machinery from Babcock Artos, Beninger, and Morrison (USA), we provide specialized finishes including Paper Touch, Peach/Sueding, Teflon finish, soil release, and bleach-proof treatments.

Advanced Weaving

We operate 140 high-speed looms, including Somet Super XL (Italy) and Shuttle Toyota units. Our weaving capacity reaches approximately 62.40 million meters per year. With integrated dobby facilities, we can produce intricate custom designs based on specific buyer requirements.

Precision Printing

Our printing unit features 16-color Rotary Screen Printing technology from STORK, Holland. This allows for high-definition pattern reproduction and vibrant color fastness across various fabric compositions, with a specialized capacity of 0.05 million meters.
